Personal Information
We do not share your personally information with any 3rd parties.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time.
When you make purchases we send your billing information as necessary for the third party to process your order.
We do not store your billing information on our servers
Safeguarding Your Information
To protect your information, our credit card processing vendor uses the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions. In addition, our vendor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives, such as the Visa Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), MasterCard® (SDP), and Discover Information Security and Compliance (DISC).

Account passwords are encrypted from our own system.
We will notify you if breaches in security results in an unauthorized intrusion into our system which directly or materially affects you or your subscribers, and will subsequently report the corrective action taken in response to the intrusion.

For Email Recipients, ISPs, and Blacklist Admins
Alwayskeepontouch.com has a no tolerance spam policy. Please report any suspected abuse to abuse@alwayskeepintouch.com. You may also call 888-EZ-FLYER to report abuse. If applicable, please also unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the email if you no longer wish to receive emails from the sender. We will take the appropriate action against the sender of the email in question. All of our email is can-spam compliant. We have an opt out link, toll free number, address and email contact in every email sent.
For Users
All users of our software must agree to only sending permission-based email.
Purchased lists may not be used. As a user you may not:

harvest emails from web sites
purchase lists (whether they are opt-in or not)
send out unrelated offers or unrelated content
add an email address to a list without the subscriber's permission
email someone who has requested to be removed from your list

Policy Enforcement
The strict measures we take to enforce our policy include, but are not limited to:.

A member of our staff may review each message sent and either will approve or reject it.
Any customer found to be spamming will be immediately cut-off from use of the product.
Every email, whether text or HTML, contains a mandatory unsubscribe/opt-out link at the bottom of the message. This unsubscribe link cannot be removed.

Procedure for Handling Complaints
If we receive a complaint from a subscriber for which we have a record of their subscription, and the email sent to them contained the content they subscribed to, we will notify the subscriber of the date they subscribed and provide a link for that subscriber to unsubscribe from your list.
In the case that a subscriber who makes a complaint did not sign up: We will investigate the situation and if it is determined that you may be sending UCE we will immediately disable the sending function on your account and contact you by email and/or phone. As soon as we hear from you and are able to verify that the subscriber was indeed an opt-in subscriber, we will remove the sending-block.

When a recipient clicks their "this is spam" button, a FBL report is sent to us. We analyze and trace it back to the sender, remove the complainer from the sender's list, and track future complaints about that campaign. If complaints exceed a reasonable threshold we take appropriate action to keep our servers clean and off blacklists.
Procedure for Dealing with Spam
Spam is defined as unsolicited mass email to persons with whom you do not have a business relationship or have not requested (opted-in to) your mailing. To determine whether you have sent spam we will:

review the content of the message in question
review your subscriber list for patterns common to harvested lists
review the spam complaint
view the records to see when the subscriber was subscribed

Survival Clause.
If any part of this Anti Spam Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

Prohibited Content

Provides, sells or offers to sell the following products or content (or services related to the same): pornography; escort services; illegal goods; illegal drugs; illegal drug contraband; pirated computer programs; instructions on how to assemble or otherwise make bombs, grenades or other weapons
Provides, sells, or offers to sell or rent any mailing list
Displays material that exploits children, or otherwise exploits children under 18 years of age
Posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about children without their consent (or their parents consent in case of a minor)
Provides material that is grossly offensive, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or post any obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable content
Sells or promotes any products or services that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received
Introduces viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses on the Internet
Promotes, solicits or participates in pyramid schemes
Engages in any libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing activity
Posts any content that advocates, promotes or otherwise encourages violence against any governments, organizations, groups or individuals or which provides instruction, information or assistance in causing or carrying out such violence.
